ReplyDeleteIt's great that you're doing all this volunteer work. I like doing volunteer work too. I think it's good to help others who are less fortunate than we are. I do volunteer work with a few different organizations. One is called Out of the Cold. We provide dinner to young people who need extra help every Tuesday evening from the beginning of November to the end of April. They can also bring food home from our food bank. I also go to a boarding home for people with mental disabilities every other Sunday afternoon. We chat with the residents and see how they are doing. In the summer I went around on a "Sandwich Run" with an organization called Project 417. We handed out lunches to homeless people on the street of our city with different groups (high school groups or church groups etc.) that contacted our organization.
